Welcome to our new chapter. We are excited to share our passion for creating feature films, television series and long format video projects with you.

From 1992 – 1998, the co-founder of ABLE Digital Group, Sheldon Pilot, was a Line Producer based in Toronto & Los Angeles on Hollywood Studio and Independent Feature Films/TV Series. Digital technology was rapidly innovating during this time and by 1998, Analog Film Photography was slowly dwindling as digital motherboards in cameras, post-production equipment, and transfer facilities were replacing legacy technologies. Digital encoded DVD/CD-Rom discs and External Drives replaced VHS & Beta videotape display and storage, and there was a demand and limited supply of Digital Producers who could shepherd the content and its creation. Freelancing as a Digital Content Producer based in Toronto, New York & London, landed an opportunity in 2000 with WPP’s – Ogilvy, which had a successful run that paved the way for the creation of ADG in the fall of 2011.

ABLE Digital Group opened its doors on January 2nd, 2012, as a boutique Digital Advertising and Marketing Agency. Fortune 500 Brands from Amex to Walmart were our clients, and Producing unique interactive digital online and offline advertising/marketing video and non-video platforms and presentation products was our focus.

In 2016, the writing was on the wall regarding the growth of Global Digital Agencies and the flooding of the marketplace. So ABLE Digital repivoted to Video Production for Advertising/Marketing through collaborations with Agencies and Direct to Brand Clients. Over 600+ combined video projects have been completed, and the relationships the ABLE Team(s) nurtured with our Clients, were always a number one priority. In 2023, a final Advertising Video Project was Produced by ABLE Digital, and long format video would be our principle offering moving forward.

Today, in February 2025, ABLE Digital Group has Trademarked Shadow Dove™©, an action drama series ideated, written and led by Sheldon Pilot with contributing co-writers. ABLE Digital Group also provides financial sourcing services on an animation feature film project entitled Hidden Dragon, through Pantheon Entertainment in Los Angeles and Tonic DNA, Montreal.
